Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
All product photos are real‑shot based on actual parts. Minor colour differences may occur due to different screen display settings. We guarantee you will receive the exact body kit and components as shown on our website.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once your order is confirmed, the official sales receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You can also download it anytime from your account order‑history page.
How can I return an item?
Please contact our customer service within 7 days upon goods received. Returns are only valid for factory‑defective items. All returned goods must be unused and kept in original packaging. Custom‑made old‑to‑new conversion kits are non‑returnable.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Most popular body kits and conversion parts will be restocked. You may send us an enquiry for estimated restock lead‑time. Some limited old‑model kits may be permanently discontinued.
Where can I ship my order?
We provide nationwide shipping across Malaysia and support international export. Shipping cost and delivery lead‑time vary by destination. Kindly contact us for an accurate shipping quotation.
How long is the order processing & delivery time?
Standard order processing takes 3‑7 working days, subject to stock availability. International orders lead‑time depends on logistics arrangement. Our team will update you once goods are dispatched.
What quality standard are your body kits?
Our body kits and conversion parts are manufactured with high‑quality raw material, precision fitment for matching car models. Each set will be checked before packing to ensure quality.
Do you provide installation service?
We supply parts only. We do not offer direct installation service, but we can recommend trusted professional workshops for body‑kit fitting upon request.
Do you accept wholesale / bulk order?
Yes, we welcome wholesale and bulk orders for workshops, resellers and business partners. Special wholesale pricing is available, please drop us an enquiry for detailed quotation.
What payment methods are available?
We accept bank transfer, online banking and secure online payment. Full payment is required before goods dispatch for bulk and custom orders.
